Let’s use a plain strategic approach: A very simple plan to go from point A to point B can become a strategy.
When we define how to go from one point to another, we have set an objective, we know where we start and where we would like to arrive.
We now can figure out how we want to go from point A to point B. How do you want to reach the point B?
What are the material resources that we are going to deploy to succeed in getting to point B?
What are the financial resources that we are going to deploy to succeed in getting to point B?
What people resources are essential and which ones are not essential to completing the task at hand?
We might need several tasks in order to achieve point B.
Defining where we are, where we want to go and which resources we need, and when we need them, helps us to create a basic strategy.
